Question: How do I reset my On-Line Banking PIN or authentication questions?

Answer: If you can get logged in to On-Line Banking, you can choose a new PIN from there. Go to "Options" on the main menu and choose "Update Member Info."

If you can not get into On-Line Banking or you need to reset your authentication questions, you can call us at 1-800-452-9515 or visit a branch for assistance.
