2010 Board Elections
The following is a timeline of important deadlines, dates and events related to the
March 2010 election for our Board of Directors.
- Third Wednesday in March (March 17)
Election results announced at the Annual Meeting on March 17.
- Last business day in February (February 26)
Election ballots tabulated by an independent auditor.
- Last two weeks of February (Feb 15-26)
Voting available online. You may also get help voting by calling in or visiting a
branch, but all votes will still be cast online.
- February 5
Candidates' names and biographical information posted in branches, a newsletter and online,
whether nominated by committee or by petition.
- January 15, 2010
Last day nominations by petition process may be turned in.
- September 15, 2009
Those who seek nomination through the Nominating Committee must have their letter in
before this date.
