One of the most competitive 401(k) retirement benefits we’ve seen:
- 150% match of employee’s contribution, if employee contributes at
least 3% monthly gross income (we can't match employees' contributions at
this rate above the first 5%)
- Graduating vested amount for employer contribution portion is based
on length of employment (100% vested after completing your fifth year)
- Health and vision insurance coverage, if you work 20 hours per week or
more
