    One of the most competitive 401(k) retirement benefits we’ve seen:
     
    • 150% match of employee’s contribution, if employee contributes at least 3% monthly gross income (we can't match employees' contributions at this rate above the first 5%)
       
    • Graduating vested amount for employer contribution portion is based on length of employment (100% vested after completing your fifth year)
