In light of the community impact of recent adverse weather, NWCU is offering loan assistance to members who have been affected.

Members that have experienced difficulty paying loans may be eligible to take advantage of the following solutions:

• Skip payments.
• Loan modifications including due date changes and refinancing.
• Fee waivers, when applicable.

The state of Oregon restricts specific types of loans from the options listed above. Members should speak with a phone or branch representative to find the solutions that works best for them.
