You can do many transactions that you commonly do at the teller counter. Transfer money, check balances and more, all with the push of a few buttons. Our Member Connect team provides live telephone support for your Northwest Community accounts. Open new accounts, apply for a loan, transfer money, ask questions, and much more. Call Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM—6:30 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM—2:00 PM.
|Live support after hours through the CO-OP Call Center||(866) 692-8669||If you need account help when Member Connect is unavailable, you can call the CO-OP Call Center for help with your Northwest Community banking. Northwest Community is a member of the CO-OP Network, which provides access to thousands of surcharge free ATMs, as well as a shared call center.|
