Helping our Communities Thrive
At Northwest Community Credit Union, it is our duty and pleasure to help our communities thrive. We provide time and resources to local programs and organizations that make a difference in the lives of our members and our communities.
We believe what truly makes us uncommon is that we are so much a part of the communities we serve. We aren’t just in your community, we are your community. We are the teachers seeking creative ways to improve the learning experience for our children; the dedicated workers and volunteers working to serve our neighbors in need; the public servants who protect us; the leaders charting a course for our communities’ future.
NWCU & Oregon Food Bank Partnership
Our annual food drive kicked off June 2017. Our goal with this food drive is to engage our employees and members to help their local food pantries when they need it most.
Financial Reality Fairs
We are committed to increasing financial literacy in the communities we serve. If you are an educator and would like to learn more about NWCU hosting a Financial Reality Fair at your school, please fill out the contact form below.
Northwest Community Credit Union’s annual Project Community gives back by providing resources for public schools or non-profit organizations who educate kids in the communities we serve. NWCU will select and fund, staff, or partner to fulfill support for projects or needs submitted by schools or non-profit organizations dedicated to educating kids.

Our Efforts, Focused
We accept requests from non-profit organizations within one of the counties we serve. Please submit your request at least 60 days in advance.
We would love to support all the deserving organizations in the communities we serve, but due to the number of requests we receive, not all requests can be funded. We have focused our efforts specifically on:
- Financial Literacy & Education
- Homeownership Education
NWCU does not generally provide support for:
- Organizations, programs or events outside the counties we serve
- Donations to individuals or pledges for individual fundraising
- Religious groups for religious purposes
- Political or legislative activities
- School graduation events
- Golf tournaments
If you are seeking a donation or support for a program or event or are in need of volunteers, we encourage you to get in touch with our Community Relations Coordinator by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
