What is Business eBanking?
Business members are automatically enrolled in the personal level of eBanking services. But business eBanking has a few extra options:

How do I enroll in Business eBanking?
Give us a call at (800) 452-9515 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and have this information ready:
- Business Name
- Business member number
- Preferred contact email
- Physical address of business
How do I enroll in Payroll (ACH)?
To use ACH and payroll services, we may need you to provide financial information to qualify, such as a few years of tax returns or bank statements.
For assistance with logging in, resetting your password, or other online banking assistance, please call Member Connect at (800) 452-9515 during the hours of 8 am – 6:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday, and 10 am – 2 pm PST on Saturdays.
For ACH-related questions (limit increases, additional accounts, etc.) please call Business Services at (800) 452-9515 extension 9517 during the hours of 8 am – 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday. You can also email BusinessServices@nwcu.com.
