At the start menu, choose:

1. To select an account to work with
2. To transfer money
3. To hear all account balances
4. General Info
5. Activate a card
6. More Options
7. Merchant verification

Some tips:

• You don't have to wait for the voice to stop if you want to select a menu option.
• You can just hang up when you're finished.
• Use * to specify cents if necessary.
• Use # to return to the previous menu
• Use * to repeat the last thing said.
