Current NWCU Board Secretary Brad Anderson served as Chairman of the Board from 2014 to 2020, and Vice Chair from 2006 to 2014. He has been a board director with leadership roles for the credit union since 1985, including Chair of the Supervisory Committee; and four years as Board Chair from 1995–1999.

Prior to his retirement in 2009, Brad was employed in various accounting and finance positions for Weyerhaeuser Company. Brad retired from Weyerhaeuser as the Director of Finance and Planning for the Western Division of Engineered Products.

Brad holds bachelor’s degree credentials in both accounting and finance, with double minors in forest products management and science from Oregon State University. He has also earned the Certified Credit Union Director designation from the Kellogg Executive Program at Northwestern University.

Brad’s hobbies include travel; fishing and boating (lakes and oceans); and hunting in Northeast Oregon. He also enjoys OSU sporting events.
