Chief Credit Officer Cheryl Crow has provided leadership and lending expertise to financial institutions her whole career. Since 2018, she has been leading teams in consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending at Northwest Community Credit Union (NWCU). Other roles have included Director of Business Lending at NWCU, and Commercial Real Estate Team Leader – Sr. Vice President at Pacific Continental Bank (PCB) in Eugene. Prior to the 15 years she spent at PCB, she was in lending in Texas and Tennessee.

Cheryl earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the University of Texas. She has served on numerous non-profit boards and committees over her career including St Vincent de Paul, Red Cross, and NEDCO.

Growing up in Eugene, she is an avid Duck fan. She enjoys travel, hiking, and cooking with her family.
