Supervisory Committee Secretary Kristen Rutherford has been the Corporate Financial Controller for Roseburg Forest Products since 2021. Prior to that, she was Assistant Corporate Controller and Director of Accounting from 2014–2021. She has held various auditing and accounting roles since 2004, including three years as Technical Accounting and Treasury Manager for Levi Strauss & CO (2011–2014).

Kristen holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Oregon, and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Linfield College. She is also a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in Oregon.

Kristen began committee service for NWCU in 2019. In addition, she maintains membership in the Oregon Society of CPAs, and participates in company pension and 401k committees.

Her hobbies include boating, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, camping, and traveling.
