Peace of Mind

Option	How it Helps
Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP)	This option is a promise to protect your car loan in case you find yourself owing more than its worth in the event of a total loss. You have the first year of your loan to add GAP coverage. You can add GAP to your loan at any time. If you owe less than the vehicle’s worth, ask about our Depreciation Protection Waiver (DPW)
Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP)	This is an optional added vehicle protection plan that shields you from the cost that can occur with unexpected mechanical or electrical breakdowns. It includes 24/7 roadside assistance and a towing/rental car allowance. Plan now so you'll be covered later
Northwest Protect (NWP)	This is an optional debt cancellation service that helps cover payments when the unforeseen life events come up. We never want you to worry about missing a payment for circumstances out of your control.
Depreciation Protection Waiver (DPW)	This is an optional debt cancellation service that covers the depreciation of your vehicle in the event of a total loss. You can add this coverage to your loan at any time. DPW is ideal if you have equity in your vehicle.
